CAN YOU LOCK THE DOORS FROM THE OUTSIDE OF 2012 VW JETTA WITH OUT USING THE REMOTE.

When i get out of the car i want to lock the car.  can you do it with out using the remote?  Can you lock the doors from the inside (WITH OUT THE REMOTE). i HATE THE HORN HONKING ALL THE TIME.

Wait until your passengers are out and have closed their doors...before closing your door, press the power lock button...you should hear all the doors lock. Then close your door and you should see the headlamps flash. There may or may not be a small beep. Warning: you can lock your keys in the car this way...not fun.
