Why there is clunking noise im my dodge magnum after changing all the suspension parts includding the rack and pinion?

sway bar bushings aka stabilizer bar bushings also they come in three diff sizes just buy all three and return unused ones

Check to make sure your lower ball joints have grease in them, especially the old one that you did not change. The ball joints in the magnums don't come with grease fittings so you must get grease in them another way. The easy way is to use a small grease needle on your grease gun and slip it between the ball joint boot and the joint itself and add your grease. Ad grease until it starts oozing out and wipe off the excess. If you want to make it easier for as long as you own the car then drill and tap a hole in the bottom of the joint and add a grease fitting the way the manufacturer used to do before they got cheap. I realize that i'm about a year late on this article but I thought maybe it might help some one else who stumbled upon this article. Of course there are other reasons for noise in the front end but this is just one possibility. I hope this help some one.
