2009 cobalt will not start

You guys obviously have been blessed with psychic powers that I have not. The car might be turning over just fine but not starting. Mere mortals like myself have no way of knowing this. With that said, if its turning over on its own but not starting I'd check the fuel pump and fuel pressure. At the same time I'd scan for trouble codes. That should offer enough clues to start randomly buying parts and throwing them at the problem. (Sorry, I'm just in one of my moods)
