IS THERE A WAY TO GET THE SENSORS CHECKED TO SEE IF THEY R BAD

OVER HEATING HAS NEW RADIATOR, FAN, AND THERMOSTAT. COULD IT
BE A SENSOR AND IF SO IS THERE A WAY TO GET THE SENSOR
CHECKED

If you mean tempreture sensor,yes it can be ohmed,if you see the needle moving and reading hot it wont be the sensor,but if you can smell and feel the heat from engine and you know its hot you may need a water pump,or you have done ran it hot and you have head cylinder damage allready.
