Fuse light is on and radio does not work

Dash says fuse. I checked all fuses and they appear fine.  Electric door locks do not
work.

Where did you check fuses, because there can be a power distribution center underhood and entertainment systems can have inline fuses. Some vehicles, can power some systems from the other side of the vehicle and the list keeps growing of what can be there, like climate, windows, moonroof, etc.

i had the same problem with my cigarette lighter i couldn't use my satnav the fuse looked fine but when i took it to a garage he checked the fuse and it was indeed faulty so replace the fuse and hope it helps

Electrical power tests and ground tests can be simplified with a test light for about 4 bucks, they have them at the parts store or the hardware store. You can verify and estimate by brightness and figure out many things with this tester. The cheap ones often could use a more quality domestic attaching clip installed on them for the lead wire, then you can pretend its made in america.
