2005 Neon fuse

I have a 2005 Neon and the odometer is flashing
fuse and chimes when it does this. my car has no
power for the radio, no internal lights, the power
doors and locks do not work. how do I find the
fuse to replace it I went by AutoZone they checked
my users manual and  checked fuses but all my
fuses in the boxes were fine. I need help ;)

Step 1. IOD / courtesy , interior lights, etc, fuse. This is fuse #13 in the under hood fuse/power distribution box. If all FUSES Ok. Step 2. Have it read for codes, even if the check engine light is NOT on the computer will have stored information and codes. Discount auto stores will read codes for no fee. write them down. Most likely CKP sensor, or CMP sensor. regards
