The key is stuck in ignition and won't come our nor start the car. Why is this happening and what is fix?

a two year old jeep Cherokee with no warranty whats up with that? I would see about that first but if you got it used with no warranty then I would suspect ignition switch or wiring as there is no linkage in steering to break like older models that have switch in steering in the column not in dash. I hope this is a little helpful
