What's your worst breakdown story? Mine was a a snapped throttle cable in and '85 E30 on at an intersection on a Friday on the way home from work on 434.

Question type: General

A close second was with the same car when the slave cylinder exploded on the way into work at the intersection of
Edgewater Drive and Lee Road in Orlando. Both sucked!

Needless to say, I got really good at pushing E30's.

I had a battery connection come loose when I was in a busy intersection at rush hour. The car died and I had to pop the hood and run around to adjust the cables before I could get going again. It didn't take me long, but, suffice it to say, conditions weren't ideal and the folks behind me were less than pleased.
