The fuel pump relay is located in the PDC. The inside top of the PDC cover has a label showing relay and fuse location.

At least not on the 3.0L v6 RT I have. There is only one relay for the fan. Then a small separate box w 3 relays that have pictures of an engine, a car with a key in the middle and another engine... No fuel pump relay. The drivers side passenger compartment doesn't appear to have a fuel pump relay either but none of the 8 relays there have labels...

I changed my plugs and no start for months... Then Tuesday it ran... Stalled a few times but then ran like a baby... Then I put a brand new battery in and only cranks no start... It's something to do with my fuel relay or pump itself...
