where is the radiator drain plug for a 05 dodge stratus

There is a petcock on the bottom corner of the radiator

if it is stubborn, or is made from plastic and simply is inoperative, pull the lower hose (not shown, in H25's illustration) sometimes unless the petcock is less than co-operative, this is one solution to this problem~

And will not accept this brass, brass one has tapered pipe threads. plastic one the rubber washer with non tapered threads
