With a car that old, they're full of crud anyways. Remove the lower radiator hose.

The big black hose coming out of back of radiator on bottom, the drain is on very bottom on back, perhaps you should think about this before attempting.

buy the hand book on your car its very decriptive i have a 99 dodge stratuc and flushed my raditor myself im 24 female with no experience learning as i go. your plug should be on the driver side on the bottom of the raditor very tight spot i had to remove my front bumper to get to it. you may have to replace the o-ring on the plug if it leaks from the plug when draining.
