2012 Ford Explorer Hazards and USB won't work. It's not a fuse or power to fuses. All checked out fine. Any suggestions?

Did you determine if there was voltage to the flasher switch? You will have to remove the shroud from the column, if the switch is located there, to check. It a low current switch which is powered at all times. Same for the USB connection. If there is current to the flasher switch, they move on to the flasher module. It is probably buried behind the dash and will require partial dis-assembly to access.
OJ, Thanks for your response. There is power to the switch.
The flasher module is most likely in the form of a black plastic square. I have seen them with a cover. You can check the net on how to troubleshoot them with a multi-meter. The flasher module can also control the turn signals, If the turn signals start to act erratically, it is a symptom the module is bad. Once unplugging the module, check for voltage at it's plugin.
