Rims and ture scraping back when there's weight in the back seat or any kind rough road I hit the rear are scraping the back

I have a 2012 Chevy Impala I change the factory 16
inch rims to 20 inch rims tire size 255/35ZR 20 97Y
and now when there's wait in the back seat or I go
over any type of bumper anything rough on the
street the back of scraping the tires do I need a
smaller Tire or should I lift a vehicle what should I
do

Welllllll..........you can lift it- or you can leave your extra friends at home- or you can have the bodywork modified around the lip of the wheelwell- your choice-

You have the wrong size tires. You should put 245/35/20 tires and put about 42psi (air pressure)
