im the original owner of an 04 slt dakota just pull up on the front of the seat theres no latches

I've got a dodge Dakota slt 04. Passenger back seat will not lift it comes up about halfway and then jams back of seat appears to be stuck
I just bought her,but can't find latch to flip up rear seats,found cup holder thou
