I had a similar issue with my 06. Was getting a misfire while cruising and a little issue like yours when accelerating fromy a stop. My problem was over worn spark plugs. I'd check yours and coil packs if you have them. Have orileys hook their code reader up. If you have a bunch of codes coming back, clear themy and wait for a little while and go back and see what shows up. May find your problem there. Another dodge truck I had had the same issue, but pcm was going bad. Best bet is to get your codes read.
