2008 Honda Accord rolling forward while in reverse. Is it the transmission?

2008 Honda Accord shut completely down while
running.  Got jump and took of battery post to see
if it was alternator.  Shut off after post was taken
off. Tried cranking it again and while in reverse it
started rolling forward. Is it the transmission.  I
keep it serviced.

If the car is facing down hill and your foot is not on the brake and the ebrake is off it could roll forward while in reverse.
