have a upper engine collant leak

I have a 2012 dodge grand caravan 3.8
there is collant coming out from the top of the engine and
running down the transmission . the heater also blows cold
air .

Check coolant heater hoses from engine to the firewall. Trace leak back to the source, we can't see it, only assume
