Above 60km/hr, my 2004 Durango skids dangerously sideways- in a temporary loss of balance, anytime I go over rumble strips and any bumps in roads. Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Either a poorly designed suspension, or your suspension needs to be replaced. When was the last time you had your struts/shocks replaced?

Jack the front up and check the simple things, shake wheel side to side to check steering and up and down to check wheel bearing and ball joint motion, it should have very little movement. Checked tire pressures lately?
