In my 2004 Dodge Durango the AC will blow but it's
not cold I bought a can of  free on but that didn't do
anything for it

Ok, either you have a 134a leak, or the ac condenser is filled with air, so when you try to fill it with 134a, it will not do much. If the latter is the case, then you need to release air out before filling the condenser with 134a.

The same place you use to fill up the condenser with 123A. Iy is just like your tire air gauge, just push it in and it will release the air. However, 134A is not a healthy gas, and there will be traces of it, recommend you put a mask on. Might sound crazy but always play it safe rather than be sorry.
