04 Durango starting problem

Stopped and put gas in my 04 Durango went
to start it up and it started  but didnt seem to
fully start like I may have not  fully turned  
the key tried  again  and nothing l have
power to dash  and windows but the display  
located on ceiling for mpg  and distance til
empty isnt lighting up I thought it usually did

Start with the battery and charging system and starter. Is battery any good? Is alternator putting out the correct V and amps? Is starter motor or solenoid blown? Did one of these get finished off on your drive to the gas station? There are other things to check but start with these.
