I have a 2004 Ram with ABS light and no cruise control. I changed the rear sensor in the diff and it still persist. I downloaded my service manually (not so legally) and found a connector mid frame that is notorious for having a short to ground. Chances are likely you will need to do voltage drop test on the wires. Test each plug and look for the 12 volt reference and ground. In my case I'm supposed to be getting 12 V but I'm only getting 3.7 which means I m shorting out. If you are unfamiliar with how electricity works google "voltage drop test". Its pretty easy once you get the hang of it
