Dodge neon sputets and wont go beyond 25mph and tranny oil in milky pink

If transmission fluid is milky pink it is likely getting engine coolant in it from a broken heat exchanger located in the radiator. This will soon ruin your transmission if it hasn't already. The repair would be a new radiator and a transmission fluid flush as well as an engine coolant flush.
