LOOSE BOLT ON THE LOWER RIGHT TORQUE STRUT MOUNT

HAD MY CONTROL ARM BUSHINGS REPLACED...ABOUT 4 WEEKS LATER I STARTED TO FEEL A THUD  WHEN I ACCELERATE AND WHEN I BRAKE....I LOOKED AROUND A FOUND THAT A BOLT ON THE TORQUE SRUT MOUNT ON THE LOWER SIDE WAS VERY LOOSE ALMOST OUT...ALSO THE RUBBER INSIDE WAS TORE..COULD THIS BE THE NOISE IM HERING (THUD)?
