How do I get my car into neutral? The electronics are fried due to a flood.

Most Japanese and Korean vehicles have a key operated release mechanism located near the shift lever. It is a small slot, with a black plastic cap snapped into it to keep dirt and other debris out of it, unless the cap has been removed and lost. It will be someplace around the console very near the shift lever. It should also be marked something like "Key" or "Release" or "Key Release" or even "Shift Release". Pop the cap out of the slot, take the ignition key and put it straight down into the slot, then gently push straight down onto the key, while holding the brake pedal down and at the same time press the unlock button on the shifter and moving it to Neutral or any gear you want to.
I tried posting a link here for you but it won't work. Just open google search and type in "Picture of shift release slots for 2012 Honda Accord". It will open a page that shows most of the locations of key release slots used today and where they are located.
