Question type: General

How I should Buy a used car from a private party with money still owed to Honda
Financial Services. The title is still with Honda.
Basically I'm offering him $17k certified check  and he's putting in the remaining $3k in
order to release the title from Honda Financial Services.
How all the transcation should be done safely and how i will get the title. is there a way,
title is transferred to my name by Honda Financial services. Please let me know.
