I have the 3.0L manual transmission and am having issues shifting into gear after the car sits for a few
hours.  Here is a synopsis of what is going on:  I can shift freely between gears prior to turning the
engine on.  Once the car is on, it is nearly impossible to shift into any gear.  After manhandling the
transmission into gear, the car then "loosens up" and shifting goes back to normal.  I have not
experienced any slipping or weird sounds from the transmission.  The clutch grabs normally as I
release it as well.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

i think your first gear synchronizing rings is worn out that is y its not shifting at pick up or at idle

I'm having issues shifting into any gear from park (Reverse, 1st, 2nd, 3rd etc)

i think your clutch is not working properly wide it up to top then check

cable must be lose of the hydraulic piston must not be properly adjusted to pull the clutch properly
