Water from A/C leaking inside the driver's side

I found the drain and took a small house and blew some air and doesn't look clogged and did notice the leak on the inside where it exits out to the fire wall.

I meant to say hose.

Here's the inside pic, it is leaking under the area where the drain exits outside. Could there be a crack or could it just be very plugged up?

Is it possible to bypass this drain, make another drain by drilling into the housing and adding a drain hose and out through the floor of the car?
