i have a 1986 dodge 150 truck i have replaced coil, plugs,balast, plug wires still no fire how can i tell if its distributor or ignition control module wires

More than likely it would be the ignition control module. Take it out and Auto Zone can check them.

Make sure the cap & rotor are good. The rotor if old, can have a burn threw underneath it to ground.
