Regarding title transfer

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

Due to personal reasons I had to leave USA immediately. Before I left ,I gave my
car and it's title and other papers to one of my relatives in Ohio. Car is  
registered in MD state.
Now I want to sell the car,but I am not in USA.
Is it possible for my relative to sell the car to another buyer?  Both buyer and my
relative is in Ohio State.

He can courier the title to me and I can sign and send back to him. I didn't give power of attorney
