I charged the battery. The pic below is of all the
warning lights at come on instead of the car
starting.

That really does not mean anything because it is normal for all the warning lights to come on before starting. Have the trouble codes read and post them here.

I try that with a rental code reader at auto zone and got no codes that i know of? Im stumped

Have you tried a proper Jump Start. Careful now...find someone who knows how to do this prosedure. Big $$$$$ repairs can be the result if this jump start is not done correctly. Get back with results.
