Asked by Bacook Oct 24, 2018 at 09:00 AM about the 2012 Toyota Camry SE

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

In my 2012 Camry the heat or ac will blow one day
then not the next. This is happening in cold or
warm weather.

Look for a loose electrical plug going to the heater box on the passenger side. On some vehicles it hangs low and it gets kicked loose by people getting in and out. Other vehicles, the heater plug is accessed from under the hood. Then check for loose or faulty fuse and relay. The motor may be failing too. If you "thump" the heater box, a weak motor may restart for a while. Stay warm.
