I was hit by a deer and there was a lot of front end damage. Now they have
found that I have blown head gasket. Could this be the result of the accident?

No, blown head gaskets are often caused by overheating. The gasket is internal to the engine, so a fender bender isn't going to do anything to it. However, if you lost coolant as a result of the accident and continued to drive the car, then that could cause a blown head gasket, at least on motors with some wear and tear on them. Most likely the head gasket issue is completely unrelated to your accident.

The car was returned twice after the accident because of overheating. They (insurance) were told that the recommend totaling the car once again and were told to change the radiator. They did...my head gasket is blown.
