An alternator generally is not replaced with a used part , unless you want to do it again in 6 months

Go new if you plan on keeping the car, but if you insist on used, look at another maxima or murano 2009 to 2018, altima 2007 to 2018 or quest 2001 to 2017, if you pull an alt from the other models they need to also have the same 3.5L V6 to work.
