2012 Chevy Equinox

Asked by Ashlee Jan 11, 2020 at 12:12 PM about the 2012 Chevrolet Equinox 2LT AWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2012 Chevy Equinox 2.4L eco with AWD and 130k miles started jerking
at any stop I made yesterday, unless I put it in N or P, the check engine light
came on. Parked it at home due to ice storm hitting last night, and no where
to take it since it was late. Went to start it this morning, check engine light
still on, and it sounded like a diesel truck idling in the drive, the RPM needle
was jumping up and down, then it flashed engine power reduced and then
check stabilitrak or whatever came on. WTF is wrong with this thing? Bought
in Aug 2019, put roughly 15k miles on it. Replaced the intake solenoid right
after I got it, no issues until this.

Did you get the problem. Mine does the same thing but occasionally.
