Door handles will not open the door

Replaced my passenger outside door handle on my 2012 Silverado and now neither handler will open the door

Recheck your work, I suspect the linkage is not attached or connected correctly.

The door opened several times. Then stopped. How can I open the door when the handles do not work?

I had same issue on 2007 avalanche inside ur door where the linkage attatches to the hinge mechanism u gotta get in there n pull up on it, chances r u tweaked ur linkage when u changed ur handle cus I did, roll window down n put wedge between window track n use coat hanger to pull it up, worked for me
