Oil pressure 20212 Chevy 1500 v8

I bought the truck with 174k on it one owner
before me all highway miles. The truck lately has
been dropping oil pressure the longer it's running
any ideas?

The engine may be worn out. You can check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge but if it is low you are looking at replacing the engine. You can possibly buy a little time with heavier oil.
