How do you override the lock acctuator?

There is a manual trunk release inside the trunk .. use your key to get it open ... examine the latch and the interlock on the gear shifter because most cars won't let the trunk open if you are in gear

The car is off and it's a minivan so I don't see the trunk release or even a key hole to insert a key. Could you tell me where I would find it??? Thanks

I didn't recognize the model as a mini-van /// The hatch is interlocked (for safety reasons so a child won't fall out if the van is moving) If the rear hatch won't unlatch if it's not a fuse then it's in the gear selector. Try to push the "unlatch" while jiggling the gear selector
