I need an honest to goodness first hand experience opinion. Will either the 2014 VW Golf Wagon 2.0 TDI Comfortline2014 VW Jetta 2.0 TDI Highline be able to cope in the winter months in British Columbia Canada on very snowy and icy winter roads? I have an extremely steep 45 degree angle driveway that is usually covered in snow and ice 3 months of the year due to high elevations. What can I expect from this vehicles front wheel drive? I'm currently driving an AWD Subaru Forester PZEV and it has never failed me. 1 Answer

An exclamation point and a clock with an arrow at 1000 are showing in the MFD display next to trip mileage when I have the car in drive. It does not happen in part or reverse.
