03 Durango slt awd drivers rear wheel locks up

Asked by Ray Jul 21, 2016 at 04:25 PM about the 2003 Dodge Durango SLT 4WD

Drivers side rear tire is locked up. Sometimes It's
completely locked and drags the tire. Other times it
will pop real loud move forward a few inches and
repeat but still stays locked up. The passenger
side still moves fine it's only the driver rear wheel. I
replaced the caliper today thinking maybe it seized
but no luck it's still doing it
