Power Lift Gate will not raise or lower.

PLG unlocks but does not open, have to open manually. Depress the
advanced Key fob or the PLG button and only get three beeps when
attempting to close; closing manually the lock takes over and secures the
PLG. 750 CCA Duralast battery is good with scan tool. Any thoughts

These are complex systems, one little voltage problem and they are messed up, so if the battery was replaced without using the saver tool that plugged into the OBD 2 port then you have to go to the dealer and have it reprogrammed back into the onboard system.
