what can be done if a listing or a seller is using the old bate and switch tactic on Car Gurus

seller has s550 Mercedes Benz listed at $20,999 and when I called to ask about the car the first that came out of the sellers mouth was " well I have a 2013 S550 foe $59,000 I can show you". Then when I referred back to the car that I was calling about he told me that that car was sold over a month ago. I told him that the listing was only a day old and that there was an error on the price listed he hung up on me. the listing is still open
