Can you help with problems with a dealership after purchase of a car?

I purchased a car from a Cargurus dealership about 5 weeks ago. Since then I have had
to spend over $7500 in repairs to the car. The car is 2 years old and cost $52000. after
taxes. These repairs are for items that were covered up by the dealership but needed to
be fixed or the car would not be driveable.  The dealership says that they are not
responsible. Is there anything that this website can do to help me?

Isn't owning a used Mercedes fun? Nothing can be done here as this site just advertises cars for sale. CarGurus does not sell cars. Did you buy an extended warranty with this car? If not you should have. Also, buying this kind of car without warranties from a dealer other than a Mercedes dealer is a crap shoot. Perhaps consult an attorney? Best of luck with it.

MANY DEALERS ADVERTISING ON HERE ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. YOU CAN GUAGE SOMETIMES JUST BY LOOKING AT PICTURES OF THEIR CAR LOTS OR GARAGES. MANY DEALERS ON HERE POSE AS 'INDIVIDUALS OR PRIVATE SELLERS WHICH THEY AREN'T. RIGHT AWAY YOU CAN SMELL A RAT.
