I observe and indicator that says VSA Activation indicator and Maintenance minder indicator

There was an indicator that says Maintenance Minder indicator, I changed
both engine and transmission oil as well as filters after observing oil life is
only 15%. After all these the indicator is still showing.

Upon fixing a diagnostic machine to cancel another indicator showed as
VSA Activation indicator.

how do i correct this.

Push an hold the dimmer button with the oil life showing. It should reset to %100 oil life. This has to be repeated every time the oil is changed.
