Common. Report and/or make a review. It will help other buyers (if this person sells again) know that they have little integrity in the car selling business.

Thanks for the reply, however, I am the seller, not the buyer. Is an offer by a buyer and subsequent acceptance by me, the seller, a binding contract. If the buyer no longer wishes to purchase shouldn't they not indicate so, so I am not telling other potential buyers that I have an offer and I have accepted the offer?
