I changed bulbs in the back off the clocks and then
plugged it back in to put it all back together and
turned on the ignition  and it started smoking from
behind the clocks in result to this my indicators first
setting of the window wipers front window
demisster have stopped working completely and
the door lights come on as if the door is open, what
could this be?

Find the short which will probably be obvious. Look for a burned wire. Once you find it you can use electrical tape if the wire is not burned through. If it is burned in half you need to splice it. Use a soldering iron and heat shrink tubing.
