2005 honda oddesy shifting issues

So my 2005 honda oddesy will shift but only when
it revs really high and you take your foot off the gas
pedal. It almost feels like driving a manual with an
automatic the engine light is on and flashing. The
car was shuddering the day before but it had went
away.

So far everything looks good cleaned the solenoid filter screens will see what else happens
