2012 RAV 4/ What is the problem when light of 4WD, TRAC OFF and Check Engine come on

Resetting warning lights does not do anything. Until you fix the problem that turns on the lights, the lights will stay on. There should be trouble codes to read. Not sure if you local auto parts store can read these types of codes or not.
have you been driving in snow? sloppy roads?
We just had a frigid snow blizzard in New York. The driving was on well plowed roads but in 10 degree / 0 chill factor weather after the snow had been over. The error code points to an O2 sensor. Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you
Error Code was p0138 / O2 sensor
as long as you have no exhaust leaks, sounds like the o2 sensor failed. what about the other lights you posted about?
In my case, it was a blown throttle motor fuse. This also caused the car to go into Limp Mode. This mode causes loss of acceleration. Replaced fuse and everything is back to normal
i just done my service and now my 4WD lights on ,why? What should I do ? Wait for few day ? Or go fix up ? I drive this car 200kms a day to work please help me . Anyone know how much to get this fix ? Thank you .

Bruce, I just posted on another thread and it brought me to this thread. I'm in Mass and my lights (just like yours) just came on in that artic blast we had 3 weeks back. We were at 28 below with wind and sloppy roads when they went on. It's weird that is what seems to make these things trigger. Can you tell me if you found a resolution? Mine is throwing the same code......a/f sensor needs to be replaced. I had a 2008 Rav 4 that had the same things happen but I was never ultimately able to find the issue and keep the lights off. Please tell me that you found the holy grail of fixes. Thanks!
Ultimately our mechanic replaced two of three sensors beginning with the less expensive one and so on. This did correct the problem for us. The dealership quoted far more than we could afford but our honest local guy got the job and fixed all..... Good luck!

Thanks Bruce. I really appreciate the follow-up comment. Very happy that you found a solution. :-)
My 4 wheel Dr light is on along with my Trac and eng lights. It makes a severe growl at 40 miles an hr.
