Rave4 with rusting busing rodes

I have a 2012 Toyota Rav4, and the control bushing are rusted(front under both driver and passenger sides)The mileage is roughtly 7900 it is pretty new considering it is not being driven much. Does anyone have the similar problem with their Rav4? and what is your take on this problem? Suggestions?

I wouldn't pay too much attention to surface rust underneath a vehicle these days.
