2012 Kia Sportage Base model performance parts Suggestions

My 2012 Kia Sportage with a 6 speed manual 2.4 liter 16 valve DOHC engine. I've been looking for performance parts for it and it seems like a needle in a hay stack and not a lot of info on it besides the SX model. I was just wondering if anyone has any Idea or suggestions.  Thanks

Good luck with that. I doubt too many people care about hot-rodding their Kia. You could install a low restriction muffler and install a K&N air filter and pick up a couple of HP but without expensive internal modifications you won't get much. If you want a faster SUV get a Ford with an eco-boost engine.
