Did you find out the answer to this? My son is getting ready to change out the antenna sensor coil on my friends Kia Soul. If he can find it he can change it out. I'm having difficulty finding any diagrams for this online. If you can point me in the right direction that would be awesome.

I was just looking at a blow up picture on a online repair manual for a 2010 Soul. It is listed and there is a photo of it, and you can purchase on eBay too. So from one shade tree mechanic to a master tech, you need to brush up on the manual again sir. Respectfully sent

1. Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. 2. Remove the crash pad lower panel. (Refer to Body - "Crash Pad Lower Panel") 3. Disconnect the key warning/ immobilizer connector (A). 4. Turn the key to ACC (A). 5. Remove the key lock cylinder (B) while pushing the removal/ installation button under the key cylinder (A).

I believe this and the photos plus more was posted from the manual. I hope it works for those that want to go this route. Good luck on fixing it folks. I’m just going to put mine in N and start it. Then go on my merry way

The antenna coil you refer to is the setup needed for the car to recognize the remote key to start and the lock/unlock functions.
